Who We Are

Montauker is a print-on-demand apparel brand. Our products are produced and fulfilled through Printify Premium, our production and fulfillment partner. This Site is owned and operated by Montauker.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order on this Site.

Products and Orders

  • All products are made to order once you complete a purchase. We do not hold pre-made inventory.
  • Product images, colors, and sizing are representative but may vary slightly due to the nature of print-on-demand production and individual monitor display settings.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
  • Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at checkout.

Payment

Payment is processed securely through Shopify's checkout system. We do not store your full payment card details.

Shipping

Shipping timelines and costs are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Because every item is made to order, please allow for both production and transit time before delivery.

Returns and Refunds

Because all products are custom made to order, returns and exchanges are limited. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, logos, and content on this Site are the property of Montauker and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without our written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false or fraudulent orders

Product Variation Disclaimer

Because products are custom manufactured on demand, minor variations in color, print placement, and material are normal and are not considered defects. See our Refund Policy for details.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Montauker is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Third-Party Production Partner

Montauker's products are printed, packed, and shipped by Printify Premium on our behalf. While we stand behind our products, certain fulfillment issues, such as shipping delays, may be subject to our production partner's own timelines and policies.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted to this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
